About the position

As a project administrator, you will work with project planning, public procurement, and supportive tasks such as administration, purchasing, controls, orders, deliveries, and follow-up. You will participate in project and kickoff meetings and have the opportunity to develop towards a project management role. Working with public procurement requires a high level of accuracy and a good understanding of texts. You will have many contacts both nationally and internationally via phone and Teams, in connection with sourcing subcontractors. Additionally, the production of technical documentation for the projects is included.

With us, you will become a key person who ensures that procurements and project processes run smoothly and correctly!

Examples of tasks:

• Work with public procurements and ensure correct documentation
• Handle administration, purchasing, orders, deliveries, and follow-up within projects
• Participate in project meetings and kickoff meetings and support project management

• Search for and contact subcontractors

Who is our candidate?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, positive, and enjoys taking a lot of personal responsibility. You are self-assured, unpretentious, and have good collaboration skills. To succeed in this role, we also see that you are meticulous and have good structure. We believe you have a university or college education in a relevant field and 1-3 years of work experience. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and are comfortable with some travel.
