About the Role

In this role, you will be ISTOBAL's salesperson responsible for the western region, which spans from Karlstad in the north to Halmstad in the south. You will have the opportunity to work with your technical colleagues to build upon the already established customer base of gas stations and car dealers at the framework agreement level while also prospecting and developing business with new customers. Through relationship-building efforts, you will engage customer contacts and be responsible for the entire sales process from the first contact with the customer to the completed machine project. In close collaboration with the management team, you will help formulate sales strategies for your area and ensure a safe delivery to the customer. You will have support from sales colleagues in other parts of the country, service technicians, and after-sales managers who will continuously assist you and provide the information you need.

More specifically, the role involves:

- Identifying and pursuing business opportunities with existing customers and developing new customer collaborations

- Working with machine sales through an active field visit approach

- Driving the sales process from the first contact with the customer to closing the deal and thereafter ensuring a professional customer dialogue continues

- Administering quotes, cost proposals, and financing solutions

- Participating in formulating sales strategies for your region

- Sales administration and prospecting in Salesforce

In this role, you will be home-based and conduct most of your work in the field. You are expected to be out on customer meetings four days a week and handle administrative tasks from home on the fifth day. You will report to ISTOBAL's Sweden manager, who is located at the headquarters in Skåne.

With a strong sense of technical curiosity and knowledge, you approach your work wanting to understand everything from ISTOBAL's product range to how their customers operate. Since you will be working on relationship building, it is important that you are credible in your communication and instill confidence in your customers.

Additionally, the following is important for the position:

- Documented experience in selling mechanical products to end customers

- Experience with quote management, business proposals, and financing solutions

- Strong technical interest and mechanical understanding

- Good computer skills and experience working in a CRM system

- Fluent in Swedish and English

- Valid driver's license B
