We are now looking for an experienced senior construction engineer within Building ROT for one of our popular clients in the construction industry, for permanent employment for projects in Järfälla.

We are one of Sweden's largest private pure construction and civil engineering companies with approximately 1.5 million SEK in turnover. We provide construction-related services within construction and civil engineering. Our headquarters are located on both the southern and northern sides of Stockholm.

The role of construction engineer

As a Construction Engineer, you have an important role where you, together with purchasing, calculation, and site manager, drive the project forward and actively work to achieve jointly set goals.

Who are you?

You are a driven Construction Engineer with broad competence in Building ROT project contracting and are confident in the daily challenges that come with the job. To succeed in the role, it is important that you are good at planning, making, and implementing decisions, as well as having a good ability to prioritize your tasks.

Competence requirements – Senior Construction Engineer for medium to large projects

• At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Engineer or Site Manager
• At least 8 years of industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of Contract Law AB04 and ABT06
• Control of all contract documents in the projects
• Purchasing of subcontractors and materials in the projects
• Quantity regulation in contracts
• Manage and price changes and project management
• Final cost forecasts and cost monitoring
• Experience working in projects with many different technical areas and many subcontractors
• Establish and follow up on KMA work in the project

A valid driver's license (B) is of course a requirement.
