Marbit AB is one of Stockholm's leading players in land, construction, and infrastructure. We continue to grow and are now looking for a cost estimator for our headquarters in Stockholm.

We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in cost estimation within the land and construction industry. If you have shorter experience but the right background and drive, that can also be interesting. The role encompasses the entire process – from tender documents to project start – and our projects vary in size up to around 100 million SEK.

Responsibilities

Monitor tender portals and plan the bidding process.

Prepare bid calculations and documentation, gather and evaluate offers.

Present calculations in joint bid reviews.

Project support at the start of new projects and ongoing support in current projects with ÄTA (changes, additions, and outgoing work), purchasing, and scheduling.

Qualifications Requirements

Post-secondary construction technical background or longer relevant experience.

5 years of experience as a cost estimator in land, construction, and infrastructure.

Experience with the cost estimation software MAP (or other estimation software such as Bidcon).

Familiarity with bidding and understanding of contract law.

Quantity lists with technical descriptions and AMA/MER.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Driving license B.

Meritorious

Good experience with Bluebeam and Excel.

Experience from roles such as project manager, site manager, foreman, surveyor/measurement technician, contract engineer, or skilled worker.

Experience in production with ÄTA management, purchasing, and scheduling.
