Do YOU want to work with Helen? Or do you know someone who could become part of our assistance team?

From December 1st, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for Helen at 50% (with priority to take on additional shifts as they become available). A part-time position means 1 day/week, which allows for plenty of time outside of work. We schedule in groups every three months - you will be involved in choosing your shifts at a joint scheduling meeting with the whole group.

Helen is a lady in her prime (around 50) who requires assistance around the clock. She lives in her own apartment in central Härnösand, and we work in day shifts with sleeping on-call.

You who are applying should be secure, calm, and patient. Setting boundaries in a warm way is an asset. Helen goes to warm baths several times a week, takes walks every day, and enjoys fun and Alfons Åberg. She trains for a short time each day with your help and needs assistance with most daily activities. She uses a wheelchair but can transfer to/from other seating with you nearby. Helen is up for most things, but she needs your attention and presence at all times.
