Job Description for Personal Assistant

As my personal assistant, you will provide support and help me with everything in my daily life. I am looking for someone who is responsible and has a great sense of humor and a childlike spirit!

I enjoy having things happening around me and lead an active life with various daily activities. I love music and sports, people, and going on small adventures, and I hope you enjoy the same! Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged and respectful. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. To work with the client, we prefer that you as an assistant are attentive, cheerful, and meticulous.

We would like you to:

• Be a non-smoker.
• Be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekend.
• Understand and be understood in Swedish.
• Have experience or education in care and nursing. (This is a plus but not a requirement). Experience with various types of assistive devices is an advantage.

Additional Information

Employment type: Temporary (maternity cover)

Scope: 90% starting January 2026

Working hours: Day and night (including waiting time of 4.5 hours) Shifts of about 12 hours. Every other weekend.

Start date: By agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
