Job responsibilities as a Nurse at Björkgården Tystberga

In the role of nurse at Björkgården, you will be responsible for care and health care interventions with a strong focus on individualized care. You will make assessments, plan and perform nursing actions, manage medications according to prescriptions, and document in the journal system. You will collaborate closely with other professional roles, relatives, and external actors to create security and quality of life for our residents.

• Medical responsibility and delegation to care staff
• Follow-up on care planning and quality work
• Participate in review meetings and mentor colleagues
• Be present and available for residents and relatives

Qualifications and requirements for the position as a nurse

• License as a nurse
• Good Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Engaged, flexible, and solution-focused
• Strong interest in elderly care and person-centered care
• Confident in your profession and skilled at working both independently and in teams
• Meritorious if you have experience in nursing homes or similar activities
• Meritorious if you have experience with dementia and BPSD
