We are looking for a housing supporter for 50% with immediate start.

Are you eager to work with something new and looking for new challenges, wanting to avoid heavy lifting and personal hygiene tasks?

Working hours vary Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM on weekdays. You must be able to work within this time frame.

We are seeking housing supporters within social psychiatry who can start immediately at 50%.

We work in our clients' homes and have agreements with the city of Stockholm, so the workplace varies in different municipal administrations belonging to Stockholm. Housing support is an intervention according to SOL.

Job responsibilities:

Working as a housing supporter means supporting, motivating, and assisting based on individual needs so that they can live as independently as possible. Housing support is performed inside or outside the home depending on the approved interventions.

The tasks are varied, and as a housing supporter, you must be flexible and able to switch working methods throughout the day, depending on which client you meet.

Common tasks include providing support to clients during contacts with authorities and doctors, as well as assisting in everyday situations such as cooking, cleaning, planning and structuring, shopping and errands, technical matters, and financial tasks.

EDUCATION IS A REQUIREMENT! We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant, has completed the care and nursing program, or has equivalent education deemed comparable by the employer.

It is not enough to have good knowledge of the Swedish language. You must have advanced skills in both spoken and written Swedish as we work a lot with authority contacts and collaboration with other actors.
