Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who fits the following:

• Wants to work with a 19-year-old male in Stånga
• Has good physical condition to perform transfers
• Has good knowledge of Swedish
• Has a driver's license and access to a car

It is also an advantage if you:

• Have experience in personal assistance or similar work
• Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

We are looking for 2 part-time employees who can work days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations will be in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting an employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
