Linen Assistans is now looking for a personal assistant for an active and happy 12-year-old boy in Hemse.

He requires active (awake) assistance around the clock when he is at home and not spending time at school or in short-term care.

The boy needs help and support with everything from hygiene, toilet visits, feeding, training, etc. All to manage daily life and be active.

He is partially mobile but needs someone by his side 24/7 as he has poor balance and can have epileptic seizures that cause him to fall. Since he needs help with all transfers and everything he needs to do, such as moving from sitting on the floor to a wheelchair, during toilet visits, bathing at the swimming pool, and other activities, it is an advantage if you are physically fit.

You who are applying need to be active, positive, and flexible. You should also be resourceful and able to go on outings and come up with various activities with the client to keep him engaged both at home and outside.

We are looking for a personal assistant for approximately 10 hours a week. The work is primarily scheduled for afternoons/evenings and weekends, and in addition, there is an opportunity to work as a substitute in case of illness.
