Sokigo has launched Gaida for VA, Sweden's smartest operational system for the water and wastewater industry! We are now looking for an operational specialist who wants to help our customers take the next step – from consulting to implementation and turning new technology into tangible benefits throughout the customer journey.

As an expert in VA, you combine your industry knowledge with a clear interest in technology. You build relationships, drive work to completion, and contribute to making underground infrastructure visible and decision-making through data, analysis, and digital workflows. You will be close to both the customers' operations and our internal teams, helping to develop our offerings over time.

Your responsibilities

• Support customers in the implementation and use of Gaida for VA
• Conduct training for customers and assist them in developing their operations using Gaida for VA
• Perform operational tests of Sokigo's solutions and conduct customer demos
• Follow industry developments and translate insights into improvements of Sokigo's offerings
• Collaborate with internal teams to further develop our services and products

Qualifications

• Work experience in VA, e.g., VA engineer, investigation engineer, or equivalent
• Master's/bachelor's degree in ecosystem technology, civil engineering, or equivalent
• Experience with GIS and/or consulting background is a plus
• Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You thrive in a consulting role with customer contact, are curious, and keep yourself updated on technology and industry trends. With a results-oriented mindset, pedagogical skills, and structure, you make complex issues understandable and drive assignments to completion.

Good to know

The position is a permanent full-time employment with placement in Gävle, Sundbyberg, Gothenburg, Karlskrona, or Malmö. We apply a probationary period.
