Are you curious about the connection between work and health and want to work to provide people with good conditions for a sustainable work and private life? Falck in Varberg is growing and is now looking for another psychologist. Are you our new colleague?

As a licensed psychologist at Falck Health and Work Life, you will work consultatively and tailored to our clients as support for managers, contact persons, and employees. You will deliver both digitally and physically to local and national clients across a variety of sectors; private and public sectors, larger and smaller organizations, which provides an interesting breadth to the role. The focus is on implementing interventions at the individual level, but also assignments at the group and organizational level in the form of, for example, surveys, training, and group supervision. You will work cross-functionally with company doctors, occupational nurses, behavioral scientists, and physiotherapists who collaborate with our clients and their employees towards good results.

You will work with:

  • Support conversations and talk therapy with a focus on rehabilitation
  • Supervision of individuals and groups
  • Conflict management and management support
  • Psycho-social work environment issues
  • Surveys

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with an interest and experience in working with interventions related to work-related ill health, development of groups and individuals, as well as training in our field. You have:

  • experience in individual conversations, training, and groups
  • good computer skills and interest, and preferably experience in delivering digital tools and working with online-based methods
  • proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • experience working with CBT, ACT, or FACT (meriting)
  • further education in or experience in the field of rehabilitation, organizational and social work environment (meriting)
  • experience from occupational health or private healthcare provider (meriting)

Other:

Permanent employment starting by agreement. Full-time position 100%. Working hours Monday to Friday 8-17.

The position includes travel to clients and to Falck's units in the local area, which means you must have a driver's license and preferably access to your own car.
