About the Role
We are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician for our client, who wants to become an important part of their support team and ensure that customers always receive quick, professional, and reliable assistance. In this role, you will be the customer's first point of contact and the one who creates a positive experience from the start. You provide a solution-oriented, secure, and professional approach – whether the issue is simple or more complex.
You will work closely with internal teams such as 2nd Line and the service department, acting as a central link to ensure that each customer receives the right support at the right time.
The office is located in central Stockholm and the work is done on-site. This is a direct employment with the client company, where we support them throughout the recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving, registering, and following up on customer cases via phone and email, with clear documentation.
- Providing solutions and support within 1st Line, as well as escalating cases when necessary.
- Performing initial troubleshooting, simple installations, and operational routines such as configuration and dispatch.
- Following up on cases and ensuring customers are kept updated.
- Collaborating with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and contributing to improvements in the support processes.
Qualifications
In this role, we would like you to have the following:
- Experience in customer management, preferably via phone.
- Good computer skills and a strong interest in IT.
- Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form.
Meritorious:
- Some years of experience in 1st Line support or a similar technical role.
- Knowledge of POS systems, networks, or Windows environments.
- Previous work experience in retail, service, or technical professions.

- Employment type: This is a direct employment with the client company, where we support them throughout the recruitment process.
- Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Sunday with varying working hours between 06:00–22:00.
- The office is located in central Stockholm and the work is done on-site.
