Do you want to work in the mountains – in a place where nature, people, and experiences meet every day?

We are now looking for a maintenance worker who wants to help create safe, welcoming, and memorable stays for our guests.

About us

Hemavan Mountain Center is the gathering place of the mountains with a hotel, hostel, conference facilities, restaurant, O’Learys, and cabin rentals. We offer approximately 170 beds in our own accommodations and over 150 cabins through our rental service.

We work closely together across departments and build our culture on three words: engaged, brave, and curious. With us, everyone is important to the team – and we have fun along the way.

The work

As a maintenance worker, you will be responsible for property maintenance and ongoing upkeep of our hotel buildings, apartments, and cabins. You will perform minor repairs, snow removal, troubleshooting, and other practical tasks that arise during the day.

You will work both independently and together with colleagues from other departments. Regular working hours are 07:00–16:00, but varying hours may occur.

Qualifications

• Driver's license B required (the position involves about 50% driving)
• Experience in property maintenance or practical work
• Meriting: knowledge in HVAC or carpentry
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused
