Electrician for Lycksele Bostäder AB

Lycksele Bostäder AB (Lybo) is the municipal housing company that owns and manages over 1,400 apartments and several premises in Lycksele. We focus on sustainability, safety, and good service for our tenants. We are now looking for an electrician who wants to be part of our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform service, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical installations, appliances, and machinery in residential and commercial properties.

- Participate in planned maintenance, renovations, and energy efficiency projects.

- Be responsible for the installation and operation of property-related systems, such as access control systems, lighting, and charging stations.

- Contribute to developing climate-smart solutions for our properties.

- Provide good service and interact with our tenants in a professional and friendly manner.

- Property readiness may be required.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

- Electrical education at the high school level or equivalent.

- Practical experience as an electrician, preferably within the property sector.

- Knowledge of applicable regulations (ELSÄK-FS, Swedish Electrical Safety Agency, etc.).

- Good computer skills, as many of our systems are digitalized.

- A valid driver's license (B).

Desirable:

- Experience with property automation, solar power systems, and charging infrastructure.

- Experience working in a housing company or service organization.

- Authorization AL (General Authorization Low Voltage).
