We are looking for a sales-oriented service technician who wants to combine service, technology, and customer contact in an exciting role with great development opportunities. In this role, you will be the face of our company to our customers, where your expertise and commitment make a difference every day. You are solution-oriented, results-driven, and enjoy creating long-term customer relationships.

About the role

As a sales-oriented service technician, you will hold a key position where technology meets customer relations. You will be responsible for performing service, troubleshooting, commissioning, and new installations of alarm systems for both existing and new customers. By listening to the customer's needs and offering tailored solutions, you actively contribute to increased security - while also creating added value through upselling.

You will work independently in the field, driving your service vehicle to pre-scheduled customer meetings. You will lead the customer meeting forward - with the customer experience in focus. You have full responsibility for ensuring that each visit is professional, efficient, and appreciated.

We are looking for someone who

Loves to combine problem-solving with customer contact and has a technical interest. You thrive in social settings, are driven, and have a natural sense of service. With an eye for detail and a desire to deliver quality in every assignment, you are the one who sees solutions where others see challenges.

You have a valid driver's license (B) and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. You appreciate a workday that is mobile and varied, where you get to meet different people and create security through professionally executed installations and services. You are available to travel for work one week a month.

If you have previous experience in sales and/or working towards set goals, that is a big plus - but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, curiosity, and the desire to develop together with us.
