We are now looking for a Vehicle Technician to strengthen our team in Umeå!

About the Role

As a vehicle technician at Niemi Bil, you will be involved in performing diagnostics, equipping used and new cars, maintenance, engine service, and repairs.

Delivery service of new cars and troubleshooting may also be part of your tasks.

You will work in a tightly-knit team where teamwork and helpfulness are the absolute most important.

We prefer that you have a great interest and curiosity regardless of the car brand. That you are good at communicating and willing to help your colleagues, as you will work closely with our sales facility, but also our purchasing departments and other parts of the organization that may need support and information on workshop-related issues.

You enjoy working both independently and together with a close-knit team. Personal service and good customer interaction will be an important part of the role.

As a person, we value that you are positive, goal-oriented, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. You should also be meticulous, practical, and have the ability to adapt to new situations.

Key Competencies/Abilities

  • Driver's license B
  • Relevant vehicle education
  • Previous work experience as a mechanic
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. English and other languages are meritorious.
  • HV experience is an advantage.
