About the operation

With us, you will have a varied and educational job. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. Our clinic is located in nice premises in Olskroken. We meet patients with dependencies, and it is common for patients to also have other psychiatric illnesses.

Our patients can be offered psychological and psychosocial treatment, occupational therapy interventions, pharmacological treatment, and assessments. A large part of our psychological and psychosocial treatment efforts are provided in groups. Our daily work also involves collaboration with other actors. All treatment is conducted in the spirit of Motivational Interviewing.

What do we offer?

Here, a wonderful team works together, with lots of laughter and a work environment that is unpretentious, where you can always ask each other for help when needed! It is a flexible job where you can help steer a large part of your workdays yourself. Work is conducted during the day. On Mondays, the clinic is open until 18:15. On Fridays, we have a shorter workday as the clinic is open until 15:15.

You will gain access to the latest knowledge in addiction conditions and treatment methods, and you will have good opportunities to deepen your knowledge and contribute to the clinic's expertise. We welcome everyone's creative ideas.

The operation encourages and offers further education in areas such as relapse prevention, motivational interviewing, and MET.

In the team, there is a very friendly and helpful work climate among colleagues. You will also receive a mentor and introduction.

Job responsibilities

As a nurse in outpatient care, you will support patients over time in their sobriety and in improving their mental health. You will perform pharmacological treatment, meaning initiating and following up on medications as well as taking samples. You will meet patients individually, but it can also occur in groups.

You will also be a primary care contact for patients. This means being the patient's primary contact at the clinic. Together with the patient and the rest of the team, you will create a care plan and support the patient throughout their time at the clinic. You will guide the patient and, together with the team, connect the right interventions based on needs. Participate in care planning and network meetings with, for example, social services and other actors.

About you

We are looking for a licensed nurse. You should have an interest in working with the target group, good collaboration skills, and curiosity to seek new knowledge. Previous experience in addiction care and other psychiatry is considered an advantage.
