Parts Editor

Do you want to work with creating and maintaining information that keeps vehicles moving around the world? As a parts editor, you will be a key person in a team that ensures workshops receive the right spare parts and data to deliver first-class service.

About the Role

In the role of parts editor, you will be responsible for developing and quality-assuring parts information for vehicles and engines. You will work on several projects simultaneously and be involved from the time the design is finalized until the product is in operation.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing parts information based on design specifications and change orders.
  • Creating parts lists and configuring data so that workshops always have accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Building sections in the system step by step and ensuring high quality and accuracy.
  • Delivering content via digital tools used globally by service workshops.
  • Collaborating with product managers and other teams to ensure that the right information is available.

We Are Looking For

Mandatory Requirements:

  • University degree in engineering, automotive, or similar
  • Swedish and English in spoken and written form.
  • Good computer skills and interest in learning new digital platforms.

Desirable:

  • Experience from the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Knowledge of CATIA V5 or Jira.
