Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity and contribute to a smooth daily life.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for you who meet the following:

• wants to work with a woman in her 50s living in Olofström
• has good knowledge of Swedish
• has a B driver's license (manual)

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience working with low-arousal responses
• have experience with epilepsy
• have experience working with visual support and TAKK

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is a temporary position at 75% starting immediately until September 30, 2026. The position involves work during daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
