We are looking for someone who wants to work for two months (January and February) in a service-oriented and eventful role where no day is the same. Do you enjoy providing excellent service, having many points of contact, and working in an engaged team? Then you might be the one we are looking for as a service employee in mail and freight.

About the role

As a service employee in mail and freight, you will be part of our client's service team on-site at one of their customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that mail and freight handling operates smoothly and professionally – an important function that contributes to the client's operations running smoothly every day.

Your main tasks will include:

• Handling and sorting incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Delivery of internal mail and freight to various departments
• Booking of transports and contact with suppliers and courier companies
• Receiving and registering deliveries
• Ensuring that routines and safety regulations are followed
• Ongoing contact with the client's employees and external suppliers

The role involves varied tasks and requires a high sense of service, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach.
