About Us

The Emergency Department in Mölndal receives approximately 48,500 patients per year with medical or orthopedic issues. We are about 100 employees – nurses, nursing assistants, care coordinators, care coordinators, and administrative staff – working in interdisciplinary teams alongside doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. We work person-centered with a focus on patient safety, quality, and good treatment. As an employee, you will have the opportunity to influence your everyday work and develop in your professional role. About the Position

As a nurse, you will be responsible for the patient's care, nursing, and treatment. You will work with patients seeking emergency care and meet their nursing needs in an environment where we constantly strive to optimize patient flow and increase patient satisfaction.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. Experience in emergency care is an advantage, but not a requirement. You have good collaboration skills, are structured, and have an empathetic and open approach. You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in development and learning. We place great importance on personal suitability – it is together that we create our workplace.
