Your Workplace

When you submit your application, you will have the opportunity to choose where you are primarily interested in working. You will also need to indicate which term you have completed in the nursing program.

Your Responsibilities

The nurse leads and is responsible for the daily care of the patient. You participate in and perform care based on the patient's needs. Your tasks are delegated to you by the nurse based on your actual competence through individual assessment. We offer you a stimulating job where your contribution is important for the team and the patient. To ensure you feel secure in your role as a summer temporary employee with us, you will receive on-site training.

For those of you who are nursing students, there are different roles and opportunities depending on which term you have completed.

If you have completed term 3

Then you will have the opportunity to work as a nursing assistant closely in a team and together with colleagues be responsible for the care of our patients. The work primarily involves care but also checks, sampling, and documentation.

If you have completed term 5

Then you may have the opportunity to work as a healthcare assistant. We offer you a unique opportunity to gain greater insight into our operations. Through the work as a healthcare assistant, you will get to try parts of your upcoming professional role and be a support and resource to our nurses in patient-related work. This gives you experiences that increase your confidence in your future professional role.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone who has completed at least term 3 of the nursing program by spring 2026. As a healthcare assistant, we are looking for you who have completed term 5. You are curious, driven, and want to gain experience in the nursing profession before it's time to stand on your own. You may have previous experience working in healthcare.

As a person, you are calm, stable, and able to adapt to the various circumstances that often prevail in healthcare. You will work in a team, so it is important that you can collaborate easily and are responsive to colleagues and patients. It is also important for you to meet everyone with respect and empathy. We place great emphasis on qualities such as good teamwork skills and personal suitability.

In your application, we want you to attach your diploma and/or certificates for completed courses.
