We are building a new facility in Uddevalla that will use Scandinavian Enviro Systems' leading technology to recycle used tires. You will be part of a dynamic and diverse team of professionals who share a common vision and passion for the environment.

About the role

We are looking for a driven maintenance planner responsible for the planning of maintenance and spare parts. You will be part of the maintenance department along with colleagues in electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation, and you will report to the maintenance manager. The role also involves collaboration with logistics, purchasing, and production, as well as contact with suppliers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

As a maintenance planner and inventory manager at Infiniteria Sweden AB in Uddevalla, you will play a key role in our team and help shape how we work with maintenance and inventory management in our new facility. You will plan, coordinate, and optimize maintenance flows and ensure that spare parts are available in the inventory. You will be a key person in the team and work closely with the maintenance manager and your colleagues in the department.

• Plan, follow up, and develop maintenance efforts, both long-term and short-term maintenance plans
• Be responsible for the structure of the inventory, stock management, and availability of spare parts
• Manage goods reception, material registration, and stock levels in collaboration with purchasing
• Maintain contact with suppliers and contractors
• Act as the hub for internal logistics of materials and spare parts

Your profile

We are looking for someone with good experience in maintenance planning within the industry, especially with mechanical equipment, and who thrives in a role where both collaboration and individual responsibility are in focus. You are a team player who enjoys contributing to development and improvements while being structured and solution-oriented.

• Experience in maintenance planning within the industry, preferably from the process or petrochemical sector
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse logistics
• Familiarity with maintenance systems (e.g., SAP PM, IFS, Maximo, COMOS, or similar)
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
