Roslöv is a leader in shelter work in Western Sweden and is in an expansive phase due to a government decision to upgrade all of Sweden's shelters over a ten-year period. This means that Roslöv is looking for more dedicated employees who want to contribute to a safer society. We have been working with shelters since the 1950s and are now part of Sweden's largest shelter group together with our sister company BLP.

About the role

As a shelter technician, you will work both independently and in teams. The tasks vary and include casting, welding, core drilling, and other construction-related activities. We work with high precision and quality as what we do can be crucial in times of crisis or war, therefore we never compromise on accuracy.

We are a flat organization, and you report directly to our CEO. With offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmö, work at other locations may occur.

Who are you?

For the role of shelter technician, you do not need to have experience working with shelters as we will train you! The most important thing is your willingness to learn and that you are meticulous, social, and enjoy teamwork.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a background in concrete, plumbing, electrical, or other construction-related fields
• Is a Swedish citizen with a clean criminal record as we work with the Armed Forces
• Has a B driver's license
• Speaks fluent Swedish
