Your role

• Lead daily operations

• Support supervisors and agents

• Track performance trends and act fast

• Hire and onboard bilingual staff, English plus Swedish or Finnish

• Improve processes and AI usage

• Secure GDPR and COPC standards

• Work with global teams to lift service delivery

You bring

3 to 5 years in contact center or BPO leadership
Team leadership experience
Strong hiring and retention skills
Clear analytical thinking and firm decisions
People-focused leadership
Fluency in English plus Swedish or Finnish
COPC knowledge and AI tools as a plus
