HSB Sydost is now looking for a Property Caretaker in Borgholm for a summer vacation position in 2025. We hope you want to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

In the role of Property Caretaker, you will work with green area and property maintenance as well as cleaning, such as lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, and stairwell cleaning. You take great responsibility for ensuring that our residential areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained. The work is varied and suits you who enjoy physical work and have the willingness and commitment to provide professional service to our customers.

Qualifications

To thrive in the role of Property Caretaker, we believe you: • Are interested in green areas and vegetation. • Are skilled at creating pleasant and clean environments for our customers. • Have a strong desire to do a good job. • Have physical stamina, as the pace is high during the growing season. • Have experience in similar tasks is an advantage. • If you have clearing and chainsaw training, it is a merit.

A manual transmission B driver's license is a requirement for employment.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is enterprising, open-minded, and trustworthy. If you have a background in service, it is something we consider a merit. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
