Certified nail technician with a few years of experience.

Salary:

This position is based on you running your own company and renting your part of the salon.

The rent is based on what you generate.

Seasoning is a lifestyle. The winter season is highly talked about, and summer seasoning has also become a way to live, learn, earn money, develop oneself, and create memories for life. Seasoning at Böda Sand means working, socializing, learning, and having fun together with 200 colleagues for about eight weeks. During this time, you will undergo training in Böda Sand knowledge, hospitality, sales, safety, and leadership that you will benefit from long after your seasons with us. You will also learn to work in a team, meet guests, and develop as a person while enjoying the sun, swimming, and the resort's many opportunities for activities, training, and entertainment. The best part is often the lifelong friends you meet with us.

We asked our stars Merlin and Bella what they think is the best part of working at Böda Sand.

"The best thing about working at Böda Sand is probably meeting so many new friends from different parts of both Sweden and other countries who then become like a kind of family. You get to participate in activities that strengthen the bonds between colleagues, and the team spirit motivates you to give your best to the guests and your coworkers" says Merlin, 23, who has worked six seasons at Böda Sand.

"The best thing about working at Böda Sand is the community, the lovely environment, and all the happy and satisfied guests. It's the best summer job in the world!" says Bella, 18, who has worked three seasons at Böda Sand.

During its thirteen years at Böda Sand, Åbergs has established a strong brand as hairdressers with a wide range of beauty services. Our guests often come to us with long hair and leave looking both more stylish and confident. We often have the trust to give the whole family a new look, and many of our customers return year after year. You identify as a hairdresser, eyelash stylist, or nail technician and want to develop within your field. You enjoy collaborating with the client to create the perfect hairstyle by combining their wishes with your own expertise.

The salon is run by Maria Åberg, who also leads Åberg & Co during the winter months – a company that develops and trains salon leaders and teams in leadership, structure, and sustainable motivation.
