About the positionAs part of our Managed Services team, you will work with existing customers after the implementation phase of Business Central. We don’t just call it support – for us, it’s about creating real value for the customer. This is where we ensure that their investment delivers full effect by optimizing processes, solving problems, and ensuring that the system operates at peak performance.
In this role, the focus is on advanced support and troubleshooting in Business Central. You will handle complex cases, analyze problems, and find solutions that make a difference for the customer’s business. The role also means that you are an important part of the customer's continued development.
Examples of tasks:
- Advanced support and problem-solving in Business Central, primarily within inventory and logistics flows but also other parts of the system.
- Troubleshooting and analysis of complex cases.
- Participate in upgrade and integration projects.
- Testing, parameter setting, and data migration.
- Documentation of solutions and processes.
- Proactively identify customer needs and contribute improvement suggestions.
- Support and coach customers in their business processes.

Our customers are small to medium-sized companies across various industries, with the majority operating in the retail sector.
Who are we looking for?We believe you have experience from a similar role focusing on advanced support or as an application consultant within Business Central or NAV as it was called in previous versions. Another option is that you have worked on what we call the “customer side” in a role such as system administrator or Super User at a company that has Business Central.
We hope you have:
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in Business Central.
- Good understanding of business processes, especially within Supply Chain.
- Ability to communicate business-oriented and pedagogically.
- Service mindset and proactive working approach.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Educationally, we believe you have a background in computer science, economics, or logistics.

Start: As soon as possible, but we understand that you may have a notice period that needs to be considered.
Extent: Full-time, office hours, but we are very flexible here and assume it should work for all parties.
Location: At our central office in Stockholm.
