About the Clinic

You now have the opportunity to take over and run a well-established dental clinic in the heart of Luleå – as a co-owner within Praktikertjänst.

The clinic has been in operation since the 1960s and is purpose-built, with a pleasant and family-friendly atmosphere.

The premises are 110 m² with an efficient and easy-to-overview layout. Here you will find:

• Two large treatment rooms
• Sterilization room in the middle
• A smaller lab
• A cozy waiting room

The clinic is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator – wheelchair access is just possible – and has a central location near a health center, pharmacy, bus, and train station.

We have a loyal patient base with over 1,000 returning patients, many of whom have been with us for generations. Today, the team consists of a dentist, a dental hygienist, and a dental nurse – all working delegated.

About the Role

As a co-owner and clinic manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the practice. You will also have access to Praktikertjänst's extensive support functions in areas such as:

• HR, legal, finance, and administration
• IT, telecommunications, property, and procurement
• Communication, quality, environment, and safety

You will be responsible for the clinic's results, including budget and financial follow-up.

Job Responsibilities

• Clinical work as a dentist
• Lead and distribute work within the team
• Personnel responsibility, development talks, and salary discussions
• Recruitment as needed
• Competence development and work environment responsibility

Qualifications

• Licensed dentist
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
