Care Assistant in Home Care

Our office is located at Rödkallens väg 10 where we meet before each shift to distribute the day's home visits and tasks. You will receive an introduction with an experienced colleague to ensure you have a solid foundation when you start with us.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job in home care involves providing individually tailored support and care to people in their homes, where you create security and improve their daily lives. The role requires you to handle a varied workload and a fast pace, with many tasks that need to be performed accurately and efficiently with high quality. Your tasks will also include administering medication as delegated by a nurse.

You will work closely with a team of various professionals to create the best possible conditions for the users. Part of your job will involve documenting according to the Social Services Act in the Pulsen Combine system.

Your working hours will vary, and you will work according to a schedule during days, evenings, and weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a genuine interest and commitment to working with people. Furthermore, you should:

• have relevant experience
• have a valid driver's license (B)
• have good digital skills
• be able to provide proof of grades in Swedish equivalent to grade 9

It is an advantage if you are a trained care assistant. As a person, you are relationship-building, solution-oriented, and collaborative. In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on personal competencies.
