Piteå Health Center is a pleasant and medium-sized health center in the heart of Piteå with approximately 10,000 registered patients. About 45 dedicated employees work here – and we look forward to welcoming a new colleague! You will be part of a warm and competent team with general practitioners, residents, nurses, district nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, counselors, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. Together, we take responsibility for our patients in close and interdisciplinary collaboration.
 

We are looking for

We are looking for a licensed nurse who wants to help develop the future of primary care with us. It is advantageous if you have district nurse competence, experience working with the Cosmic journal system, and previous work in primary care. We also value experience in telephone counseling, primary care, and running your own practice.
We place great importance on personal qualities and are looking for someone who is flexible, has good collaboration skills, a holistic view, and a problem-solving attitude.

This is what you will work with

You will be part of the health center's various patient receptions and work closely with your team to create continuity and a clear thread for the patient group. In your profession, you will use your skills to contribute to good and close care.
With our new working method, which is based on structured teamwork, we create the best possible conditions for collaboration and a holistic perspective on the patient's needs. Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date according to agreement, working hours are scheduled Monday - Friday, daytime. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
