JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you an independent job where you have the opportunity to plan your workday. Together with your colleagues, you plan and organize the care and work for good health and medical care based on the patient's needs. You delegate, provide advice, and guide colleagues in the nursing work around the patients. All work is based on the patient's needs, possibilities, and wishes.

You will collaborate closely with different professional categories within the internal operations as well as with other care providers.

The job includes some evening and weekend shifts. You can choose to work with us for all or part of the summer. The temporary position starts with an introduction.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who contributes to creating a good work environment where we have fun at work. Furthermore, you have an interest in working with patients, primarily the elderly and those with physical and mental disabilities. You show commitment to your work, enjoy learning new things, and are empathetic.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse.
• Feels confident making priorities, assessing health care needs, and can pedagogically guide others.
• Has good digital skills and expresses themselves well in speech and writing.
• Has a B driver's license.

The work places high demands on medical competence. A specialization as a district nurse, elder care, or psychiatric care is an advantage.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, structured, and stable. We place great importance on your personal competencies.
