JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Services Department is looking for a temporary physiotherapist for elderly care in the city, primarily located at Svedjebacka. This is a temporary position for parental leave expected to last until summer/autumn 2026.

As a Physiotherapist, you will meet patients from various backgrounds, ranging from cognitive difficulties to physical limitations. You will work in a team with other staff at the elderly care facilities.

The work includes standard tasks for physiotherapists, such as assessments, prescribing aids, testing aids, guidance, and training of staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed Physiotherapist, preferably with experience but not a requirement. It is an advantage if you have experience in elderly care and dementia care. As a person, you are secure in your professional role and have good self-awareness. You are flexible as needs and/or plans can change quickly.

You are good at structuring your work and driving your own processes forward. You find it easy to create and maintain contacts and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
