About the Investigation Team

The Investigation Team consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, totaling 15 people. They work with investigations in ordinary housing together with the nursing assistants in the Care and Support Team and within the short-term stay unit at Trädgården Elder Center. There are 36 round-the-clock places for investigation/respite/temporary care for shorter stays.

Job Responsibilities

Together with other nurses, you will be responsible for health and medical care interventions in ordinary housing as well as at Trädgården Elder Center where the investigation team is involved. Our target group mainly consists of elderly individuals over 65 years old. Your tasks include investigating/assessing/performing interventions, supporting individuals towards independence, and carrying out standard nursing duties.

We offer orientation and supervision to create good conditions for your work.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed nurse. It is an advantage if you have specialized training in open health and medical care or other further education that the employer finds suitable.

You should be able to work independently, have a good demeanor, be flexible, and possess well-developed planning and collaboration skills. The ability to see opportunities and solutions from a holistic perspective is also a characteristic of yours.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.

About the Employment

As a summer substitute, you will work during the holiday period, June-August. Full-time 40 hours/week. Working hours are mainly Monday to Friday, with weekend duties included alongside the district nurses of Home Health Care.

Before the job offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. The extract must be in a sealed envelope.
