We are looking for someone who wants to help develop financial management within Riksbyggen in the Southeast Market Area.

What will you do?

As the group manager for financial management, your mission is to be an engaged and present leader for the group's employees. You will also contribute to developing our operations together with other managers in the market area.

In the role of group manager, you will develop financial management and administration in terms of achieving satisfied customers, quality, and digitalization. As a leader, you create engagement and motivation, as well as conditions for employees to develop their skills. You also have an important task in shaping a positive work climate and a dynamic workplace where goals, tasks, and responsibilities are clear.

Your responsibilities include resource planning and competence supply. You will work closely with other parts of the organization, and together with your colleagues, we will strengthen and develop initiative, business acumen, and service orientation. You have full personnel responsibility for 13 economists whom you lead and coach to develop both as individuals and in their working methods. Your responsibilities include continuously following up on the group's delivery according to set goals, and you have full result and budget responsibility. You will also have operational responsibility as an economist for a number of your own clients, which primarily consists of housing associations but also commercial clients and municipalities.

As a group manager, you report to the delivery manager for Financial Management.

Who are you?

You have at least a couple of years of documented experience as a manager and experience in result and operational responsibility. You have a financial education from a university or equivalent work experience. Since you will have operational responsibility for a number of your own clients in addition to your leadership responsibilities, we are looking for someone who has worked with various aspects of finance and has experience with year-end closing/accounting. We would also like you to have experience in property economics, preferably from housing associations. If you have been a manager responsible for employees in several different locations, that is an advantage. Experience with Unit4 Agresso is also a significant plus.

As a person, you are goal-oriented, logical, and structured, with the ability to see the big picture. You enjoy working with people and are relationship-building, business-minded, and results-oriented. You see the added value in developing employees and creating successful teams while also daring to challenge. For you, the customer is in focus while you are quality-conscious, have a strong commitment, and enjoy working with many internal and external contacts. You are a driving and clear leader who can create an open and trusting dialogue.

A valid driver's license is required, as well as access to your own car, and you are proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with placement at one of our offices in Kalmar, Karlskrona, Visby, or Växjö. The market area includes these four locations, and since your employees are spread across this area, travel is required. Some of the work will take place in the evenings, but this is compensated with otherwise flexible working hours. As an employee of Riksbyggen, you will also be a member of one or more housing associations.
