Gotlandssnus, part of Swedish Match – an affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), strives for a smoke-free future. We are now looking for a new employee for our customer support in Roma.

Our portfolio includes well-known brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches, General snus, Marlboro cigarettes, and IQOS.
In the customer support team, you will handle incoming calls, emails & chats for all Swedish Match retailers in Sweden.
Customer contact may involve service issues and troubleshooting on retailers' coolers, in-store displays, questions about products, pricing, and educating and assisting our customers in our loyalty program.
The customer support team acts as a support to both our sales colleagues in the field and our customers.
We want a world-class customer support and to provide our customers in Sweden with the best service. In customer support, it is important to work for the best delivery and service to our approximately 10,000 customers across Sweden. We set clear goals within the team and continuously work on constant improvements.

The position is full-time and covered by Unionen's collective agreement. You will work scheduled hours based on opening times, mainly office hours Monday to Friday, but other times may occur. You do not need a driver's license for the position, but you need to be able to get to the office in Roma without relying on public transport, as it does not align with our working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from retailers.
- Provide support regarding coolers, in-store displays, products, pricing, and the loyalty program.
- Support salespeople in the field and customers.
- Work for the best service to our retailers in Sweden.
- Update work routines and FAQ.
- Contribute improvement suggestions.
- If needed, assist the Telesales group.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service via phone and email.
- Good computer skills.
- High collaboration ability.
- Knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently.
- Love problem-solving.
