In the role of private advisor at Sparbanken Gotland, you will provide financial advice and tailor solutions for the bank's new and existing private customers. We have a genuine interest in our customers and we are looking for someone who can care for and develop that relationship in an engaged and business-like manner.

It is important that you are someone who makes customers feel seen and taken care of. You will also ensure that you stay up to date with regulations, digital tools, and instructions, as well as participate in the bank's various marketing activities.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with great social skills who will enjoy being the face of the bank. You are efficient and have great flexibility for different types of tasks and customer meetings, as well as a strong commitment to achieving set goals, both individual and group goals. You should have a burning interest in advisory services and get energy from sharing your expertise with customers and colleagues.

To succeed as a private advisor, it is important that you are structured and have the ability to manage your calendar with prioritized customers, which requires a strong self-leadership skill in driving business. A very good sense of proactivity is required, so you need to be comfortable actively contacting customers. You also need to be attentive and customer-oriented.

We prefer that you currently work in a similar role or have a successful background in advisory services and sales. You have completed post-secondary education. Your knowledge of Swedish and English is good in both speech and writing. Swedsec Advisor License and Mortgage License as well as Insurance Mediation License (IDD) are advantageous.

Sparbanken Gotland

Sparbanken Gotland in its current form was formed in 2005, through a merger of several savings banks in Gotland. Today we have two offices, in Roma and Hemse. We are 14 employees and growing, now we are to become 15. We have no owners, the profit generated is used to secure the bank's future and work for a positive development for the local community through sponsorship.

We are on a journey of change where we are all important and need to contribute - both in our own development and in the development of the bank.
