Since September 2024, we are also authorized for Iveco.

Visby Bilservice AB is also a Bosch Car Service workshop, which enables service and repairs for other brands than those mentioned above.

About the position:

This position is based at the Passenger & Transport Vehicle Workshop.

We are looking for someone who is structured, precise, and orderly in their work, but who can also handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain stress-resistant.

We consider a technical background and experience in a similar profession and/or workshop work as essential. If you also have experience with, for example, Kobra, and experience with Mercedes systems, we see it as highly advantageous.

In your role as a workshop administrator focusing on spare parts, you will be the linchpin where you will, among other things, receive goods, unpack and deliver the goods, assist the workshop with necessary spare parts, receive spare parts orders by phone and email, and create quotes.

In addition to the above tasks, you will also be responsible for inventory management, returning goods, and spare parts complaints.

Some sales of spare parts over the counter may occur.

Therefore, your professional role will be a crucial cog in the service process.

The position is full-time.

We offer a six-month probationary period followed by permanent employment and individual salary setting.
