Sales Representative at Trollhättan Energi

Your Mission

As a sales representative, your main task is to proactively identify, contact, and build relationships with new corporate customers, primarily within the small and medium-sized enterprise segment. You are a key person in the company's focus on growth and development, contributing to broadening our customer base and increasing sales of our services and products within energy, fiber, data centers, and waste management.

The sales representative is part of the sales organization and works closely with KAM (Key Account Managers), sales support, customer service, and communication. The role has a clear focus on new customer acquisition and growth, while KAM roles focus on new and existing larger customers.

We are looking for someone who has

  • High school education and preferably some higher education in a relevant field
  • Experience in proactive sales, preferably towards corporate customers
  • Good knowledge of business in Trollhättan
  • Good IT skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Driving license B

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience from/understanding of the energy industry and sustainable solutions

  • To be successful in this role, you are driven and comfortable initiating contacts and building long-term customer relationships
  • You find it easy to collaborate with others and enjoy working in a team but can also work independently
  • You are results-oriented, proactive, and have a structured approach, are analytical with the ability to present information clearly - both verbally, in writing, and visually
