Project Manager in Power Distribution

What are my responsibilities?

As a Project Manager, you will have independent responsibility for everything related to your projects. You will be responsible for and lead projects towards set project goals regarding time, budget, resources, and quality. As a project manager, you will be a key person in ensuring the success of our projects and contributing to the company's overall goals.

You will primarily lead projects for Eon across the entire Eastern district, involving both new construction as well as renovation and maintenance of technical facilities.

You will plan to ensure that the work is carried out according to the wishes of customers and other stakeholders and maintain the overall coherence of the project. Examples of tasks include:

• Independently lead projects in power distribution (up to 36kV - medium voltage) and renew existing networks.
• Be responsible for scheduling, financial monitoring, and risk management.
• Daily management and coordination of multiple work teams, including close collaboration and dialogue with leading installers.
• Plan and ensure that ground and installation work is carried out according to customer wishes and timelines.
• Visit work sites at least once a week and maintain close dialogue with clients and installers.
• Manage orders, resource allocation, invoicing, and reporting.
• Participate in customer and construction meetings and ensure a safe working environment for both own staff and subcontractors.

The position will be based in Bromma.

To succeed in this role, you need to:

• Have previous experience in power distribution - either as a project manager, electrical designer, planner, or distribution electrician.
• Have knowledge/training related to AB04/ABT06.
• Have knowledge/training related to BAS U, BAS P, AMA, ESA & EBR.
• Be proficient in Excel and well-versed in the Office package.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You need to have at least a high school education and good technical knowledge in electrical power that you have acquired through practical field experience, for example as a service technician or control systems engineer. It is an advantage if you have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

You are excellent at financial and performance monitoring, and it is advantageous if you have training as a project manager and/or in electrical engineering.

• The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a 6-month probationary period.
