As a trainer with us, your main focus is to deliver education in your area of expertise. We take care of the logistics and administration surrounding the assignments, so you can dedicate all your energy to providing students with the best possible education. The role includes educational planning, teaching (both online and on-site), and mentoring. The education is planned and carried out in collaboration with the respective vocational college and educational leaders to ensure the quality of the teaching.

Field of Education: Heating and Cooling Technology

We are looking for someone who has: 

• Education in HVAC engineering, energy technology, cooling/heating technician, or similar

• Several years of work experience as an HVAC engineer, project planning, installation, or service of heating, cooling, or ventilation systems. 

• Knowledge of materials and components for cooling and heating systems. 

• Knowledge of system construction, functionality, and technical principles.

• Knowledge of the functionality, durability, corrosion protection, etc. of the components involved.

• Basic control and regulation technology in cooling.

• Experience in creating flow diagrams. 

• Knowledge of system construction for heating and cooling. 

• Experience in dimensioning heating and cooling systems according to applicable regulations and standards.   

•  Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and pedagogically.

• A genuine interest in learning and sharing your expertise.

• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
