JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Contract Engineer at Infranord, you will have a central role in the daily work with a strong focus on the administrative and coordinating aspects. The position suits you who enjoys structure, numbers, and details and who wants to develop in your role over time. Initially, you will work with:

• Invoicing and accounting
• Notifications, document management, and contracts
• Cost estimation and financial follow-up
• Support to the site manager in daily operations
• Quality assurance and reporting

Furthermore, you will actively participate in construction meetings and be responsible for following up on project progress. An important part of the role is to ensure that we deliver according to the contract's requirements, including documentation such as as-built documents and project plans. You will be well-versed in contract documents and handle additional work as well as ongoing reporting. You will be a driving force in the project and an important partner to the site manager. The role is initially more administrative, but over time you will take on greater responsibility in project implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and enjoys a broad role where you can take significant personal responsibility. You have good analytical skills, are proactive, and find it easy to collaborate. You can work effectively with details while having an understanding of the whole. We are looking for someone who has:

• Approved high school education with a focus on economics or equivalent
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role
• Experience in administration within contracting or similar project-based activities
• Good knowledge of contract law
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing
• Driver's license B

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Post-secondary education in construction, railway, technology, or a related field
• Previous experience from the railway, construction, or civil engineering industry
• Experience from roles such as construction manager, project manager, site manager, production manager, or supervisor

Travel in the job and work outside regular office hours may occur. There is an opportunity to be based in several of our locations. Possible locations are: Malmö, Helsingborg, Hässleholm, Gothenburg, Jönköping, Varberg, or Halmstad.
