We are now looking for someone who wants to help shape the future in the north. With us, you will have the chance to build infrastructure for Västernorrland and Jämtland. In this district, we work on large road and construction projects and collaborate with other units within Skanska.

As a project manager with us, you will have a central role where you lead projects through the entire process, from early stages to finished results. With a holistic perspective, you build long-term customer relationships and create projects characterized by quality, sustainability, and sound business practices.

In this role, you will work with tendering, have financial responsibility for your projects, and actively contribute to our marketing efforts. You will be part of the district's management team and have the opportunity to influence both strategic choices and the continued development of the business.

You have the ability to see the big picture in projects and as a person, you are structured, results-oriented, and curious. As a leader, you are empathetic, attentive, and enjoy working in cross-functional teams with various stakeholders. You thrive on building trust and creating long-term customer relationships. You have a genuine interest in developing projects, and we believe you enjoy and are driven by challenges.

For this role, you need:

• Approximately 10 years of experience in earthworks and construction projects
• Leadership experience
• Network in the industry
• University/college education (or equivalent knowledge through work experience)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Driving license B
