RD VVS AB was founded in 2020 and is now a cohesive group with extensive HVAC experience. We work with heat pump installations, pipe replacements, bathroom renovations, new constructions, ROT work, and insurance jobs/cases throughout Stockholm and Uppsala and surrounding areas. Your role

As an HVAC installer with us, you will:

• Be responsible for the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems (heating, water, drainage, cooling) in both new construction and renovation projects.
• Perform service and repair assignments, including damage and insurance cases (e.g., water leaks, remediation/restoration, and actions according to insurance companies' procedures).
• Work both independently and in a team depending on the scope of the project.
• Ensure that the work maintains high quality and complies with applicable standards and regulations.
• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and insurance companies for practical solutions.

What we are looking for in you

• At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC installer with broad competence in installation, repair, and service.
• Valid certifications and good knowledge of industry regulations and safety.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B) and good driving experience.
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and proud of your craftsmanship.
• Enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
• Meritorious: experience with insurance jobs and dialogue with inspectors/insurance companies.
