We have an extensive assignment to excavate land connections in an international fiber project that will connect the countries around the Baltic Sea. The work requires several teams, each responsible for maps, materials, logistics, and ensuring that the work is carried out correctly and according to plan.

As an excavator operator with us, you should have solid experience in digging trenches for cables. The job requires both great accuracy and precision, as well as efficiency to meet the daily planned distance. If you have not worked as an excavator operator in this type of work for several years, unfortunately, you cannot apply for the position.

You will report to our responsible manager, who plans, leads, and controls our entire production operations within trenching and fiber work. Since we work 7 days and are off for 7 days, we offer very good compensation with overtime pay and allowances – but we also have high demands on our employees. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

• In good physical shape and can work under various weather conditions without hindrance.
• Has a strong team spirit and contributes to a positive work environment through good cooperation and morale.
• Communicates clearly and effectively to facilitate communication with colleagues and prevent potential risks.
• Has several years of experience in fiber and cable laying work and is well acquainted with the process.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish both orally and in writing to understand and follow instructions as well as communicate with others in the work team.
• Has a driver's license of at least class B and C to be able to transport themselves to and from the workplace and, if necessary, move machines.

We will have some work in the Stockholm region, but much of the work will take place in Uppland/Dalarna/Gävleborg, so you must be able to travel and stay away during the weeks.

You also have:

-Proof of excavator skills

-Good language skills in Swedish and English

-B driver's license, C, preferably BE or more
