ONE Nordic is now looking for a driven project manager for the Region Network department. We are entering an exciting phase where you, as Project Manager, will have an active and important role in developing the business in the best possible way.

Job Description As a project manager, you will drive contracts, service, and maintenance in our customers' regional and transmission networks, 40-400kV. You will lead projects in a businesslike and profitable manner. This includes calculating future assignments, planning and being responsible for the implementation of projects, and continuously driving follow-ups on quality, economy, and working environment. You will work with the company's installers, technicians, and subcontractors with comprehensive commitments from requirement specification to delivery.

As a project manager for regional and transmission networks, you will largely plan and drive the projects in the field; the position involves traveling about 2-3 days a week or as needed. The projects are often unique and require special materials that necessitate good planning and foresight regarding both materials and resources. You are also responsible for work environment plans.

You report to the department manager and are part of the national management team. Who are you? You have relevant work experience in a similar position and technical competence, preferably within regional or transmission networks, but it can also be within local networks. Previous experience as an installer in the energy sector is considered an advantage. To succeed in this role, you need to have a financial understanding and an eye for new business opportunities. We see that you have good leadership experience, you take initiative, are driven, and are passionate about developing and motivating the staff you work with. Knowledge of contract law is an advantage.

You enjoy leading and organizing staff, have problem-solving skills, and are meticulous, calm, and methodical, and you like to make decisions and can contribute to our development with great commitment. You act in a trustworthy manner and can create good relationships with our customers.

A driving license (B) and Bas U are required for the role. You speak and write Swedish fluently and have very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
