ONE Nordic is now looking for a driven project manager for the Regional Network. We are entering an exciting phase where you, as a Project Manager, will play an active and important role in developing the business in the best possible way. Job Description As a project manager, you will drive contracts, service, and maintenance in our customers' regional networks. You will lead and prepare projects in a businesslike and profitable manner. This includes calculating future assignments, planning and being responsible for the implementation of projects, and continuously driving follow-ups on quality, economy, and working environment. You will work with the company's installers, technicians, and subcontractors with comprehensive commitments from requirement specification to delivery.

As a project manager for the regional network, you will prepare and plan a large part of the projects in the field, so the position involves a lot of travel, 2–3 days a week. The projects are often unique and require special materials that necessitate good planning and foresight regarding both materials and resources. You are also responsible for work environment plans.

You will report to the department manager and be part of the local management team. Who are you? You have relevant work experience in a similar position and technical competence, preferably within regional networks but can also be within local networks. To succeed in this role, you need to have an economic understanding and an eye for new business opportunities. We see that you have good leadership experience, you take initiative, are driven, and are passionate about developing and motivating the staff you work with. Knowledge of contract law is an advantage.

You enjoy leading and organizing staff, have problem-solving skills, and are meticulous, calm, and methodical, and you like to make decisions and can contribute to our development with great commitment. You act in a trustworthy manner and can build good relationships with our customers.

A B driver's license and Bas U are required. You speak and write Swedish fluently.
