About SI TECH AB

SI TECH AB has long experience in the marine sector and is a world leader in our field. Our customers are primarily manufacturers of technical garments such as drysuits and rescue suits, and our products are sold globally through a distribution network.

We have in-house product development, production, marketing, and sales, which gives us control over the entire value chain – from idea to finished product. Our facility is located in Brastad and we have about 30 employees.

We work closely with our customers to develop or customize products for their needs. Additionally, we are entering new exciting areas of application for our products, which opens up more development opportunities within the company.

About the role

As a CNC operator, you will:

✅ Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce components according to drawings and specifications.

✅ Monitor machine operation and quality to ensure the highest standards.

✅ Perform quality checks and adjustments as needed.

✅ Participate in maintenance and repairs of the machines.

✅ Document production data and report deviations.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

🔹 Has experience working with CNC lathes.

🔹 Has a good understanding of drawings and technical specifications.

🔹 Can use measuring tools and quality control methods.

🔹 Can work independently, be meticulous, and responsible.

🔹 Master Swedish in speech and writing.

Desirable experiences

✔ Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, or other methods for efficient production

The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Working hours are full-time during the day from 06:45 to 15:45 Monday to Thursday, 06:45 to 12:45 on Friday, on-site in Brastad.
