About the role

We are looking for a Senior Electrician who wants to take the next step in their career and contribute both with their technical expertise and their ability to drive improvement work and lead assembly in daily operations. The role is broad and combines practical electrical assembly in machine construction with responsibility for daily planning, quality monitoring, and coordination. You will also participate in installations at customer sites.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is a structured and meticulous electrician with a strong focus on quality in their work. You enjoy combining practical work with planning and clear documentation. As a person, you have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to find the best solutions. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and see opportunities where others see obstacles.

Your main responsibilities

• Electrical assembly in machine construction according to drawings.
• Perform quality controls and follow up on assembly work.
• Participate in and drive improvement and development work in production.
• Plan and follow up on daily operations and request changes in resource needs.
• Install machines and projects at customer sites, both independently and in teams.
• Report progress and any deviations to the assembly manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure high quality and delivery precision.
• Participate in calculating assembly times with the sales and planning department.

Requirements

• Electrical education at the high school level or equivalent education.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical assembly or automation in machine construction.
• Good ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
• Experience in planning, management, or work distribution.
• Documented experience of working independently during installations at customer sites.
• Driving license B.
• Ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
• Good computer skills.

Meritorious

• Experience with EMC.
• Knowledge of machine safety and relevant standards.
• Experience in improvement work or quality monitoring.
• Forklift, lift, or crane certification.
• Permits/certificates for hot work, fall protection, etc.

• Salary - Monthly salary. By agreement.
